Senior Process Engineer - Oil & Gas

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative process designs for oil and gas facilities, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct detailed process simulations and feasibility studies to optimize existing operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare technical specifications, P&IDs, and equipment data sheets for process equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers, safety officers, and operations personnel, to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize output.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in process engineering within the oil and gas industry .
• Proven expertise in process simulation software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus) and process control systems .
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, environmental standards, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
