You will be involved in process design, troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and implementing improvements to meet production targets and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes for efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct process simulations and modeling using industry-standard software (e.g., Aspen Plus).
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Lead process hazard analyses (PHAs) and implement recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Specify process equipment and collaborate with engineering disciplines on project execution.
• Mentor junior process engineers and contribute to the development of process engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering , with a focus on the petrochemical or chemical industry.
• Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
• Proficiency with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience with HAZOP studies and safety regulations in industrial settings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for the Bristol area.
