Senior Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality within the manufacturing environment .
• Conduct detailed analysis of production data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven solutions to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for remote accessibility.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in process engineering and manufacturing to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in process engineering , with a proven track record in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a remote setting.
