Key Responsibilities
- Analyse current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement using data-driven approaches.
- Design, develop, and implement process improvements, including workflow optimisation and automation.
- Utilise Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of process changes.
- Monitor process performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to meet targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in process engineering or industrial engineering roles within a manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive improvements.
- Proficiency in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and CAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
