Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimisation of complex industrial processes.
• Conduct thorough process analysis, identifying root causes of inefficiencies and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving process control, automation, and product quality.
• Manage process improvement projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and operational staff.
• Ensure all processes comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in Liverpool .

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on industrial applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing complex process improvement projects.
• Experience with process simulation software and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
