Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimisation of complex industrial processes.
- Conduct thorough process analysis, identifying root causes of inefficiencies and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving process control, automation, and product quality.
- Manage process improvement projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and operational staff.
- Ensure all processes comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in Liverpool .
Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on industrial applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing complex process improvement projects.
- Experience with process simulation software and advanced data analysis techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
