Key Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and improve chemical processes to meet production and quality targets.
• Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and equipment specifications.
• Conduct process simulations and economic evaluations to support project proposals.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Oversee process commissioning and start-up activities.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical development within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in process engineering roles.
• Proficiency in process design software and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of chemical reaction engineering, separation processes, and thermodynamics.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
