Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in process engineering or industrial engineering.
• Expertise in process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and system dynamics principles.
• Proven ability to manage projects and drive change in a distributed team environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.
