Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, quality, and safety.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Conduct trials and validation studies for process changes, documenting results and recommendations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of process control and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant regulatory standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a meticulous approach to work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively liaunt with various departments.
