Senior Procurement Lead – Water & Infrastructure

Clancy is seeking a Senior Buyer/Procurement Manager to lead procurement for water sector projects in the UK. You will work with operations, commercial and estimating teams to align procurement with programme, cost and quality, supporting project delivery.

You will manage supplier relationships, run tendering and negotiations, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with client frameworks and internal processes. CIPS qualification is preferred.
