Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for key categories, developing robust procurement plans.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and supplier evaluations to identify best-value opportunities.
• Negotiate complex contracts and agreements with key vendors, ensuring favourable terms.
• Manage and develop relationships with strategic suppliers, monitoring performance and resolving issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a Senior Procurement or Purchasing role, with a focus on strategic sourcing.
• Proven negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience in a hybrid working environment, demonstrating adaptability.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced procurement software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A relevant professional qualification, such as CIPS, is highly desirable.
