Senior Product & Commercial Counsel - AI & Cybersecurity

Darktrace is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for Product & Commercial to guide legal strategy across product development and commercial transactions. You will advise on AI governance, data privacy by design, and regulatory considerations for cybersecurity and AI products.

Reporting to the VP & Associate General Counsel in the UK, you will also support SaaS and technology contracts and lead a small team. This is a high-impact, leadership-level role shaping Darktrace's legal framework.
