About the Role
Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of their digital product portfolio in Stoke-on-Trent . This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs, user desires, and technological capabilities. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams. Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements, creating detailed user stories and functional specifications.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager , preferably in a tech or digital product environment.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching successful products.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
