Senior Product Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of their digital products. This role, based remotely, is critical in defining product vision, roadmaps, and feature requirements that align with business objectives and deliver exceptional user value. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization, championing a customer-centric approach and leading cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product strategy, vision, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Prioritize product backlog items and manage the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and communicate product updates and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management , with a proven track record of launching successful digital products.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with market research, user research, and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
