About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join their dynamic team in Reading . You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. This role requires a deep understanding of market needs, user behaviors, and technological capabilities to create products that resonate with customers and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company objectives.

• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the development process in collaboration with engineering and design teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong track record of launching successful products.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and detailed requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and familiarity with product management tools.
