About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced technology firm in Portsmouth , is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of their key product lines. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure the successful launch and adoption of new products and enhancements. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product plans. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our client's offerings and delivering exceptional value to their customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Act as a product evangelist, communicating product plans and benefits to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management , preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
