About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and development from their Nottingham office. This role is crucial for defining the product vision, roadmap, and feature requirements for key product lines. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative and successful products that meet market needs and drive business growth. This is a key on-site position for a strategic thinker passionate about product development and market success.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product lines.
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Launch new products and features, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
