About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and user-focused Senior Product Manager to drive the vision and roadmap for their key digital products in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for understanding market needs, defining product strategy, and guiding the development lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives and delight users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Lead the product development process, including requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and feature definition.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user studies to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Develop and manage go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management , preferably in a tech or digital product environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
