Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities and user needs.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing iteration.
• Track product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated track record of launching successful products.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market research, and user-centered design principles.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
