About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead their product marketing efforts, operating in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, defining product positioning and messaging, and driving demand for their innovative solutions. This is a critical role that bridges product, sales, and marketing teams, requiring a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and competitive landscape. You will play a key part in shaping the narrative around our client's products and empowering the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed, contributing to a high-performing, distributed team culture focused on achieving ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product enhancements.
- Define compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to key market segments.
- Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, datasheets, battlecards, and case studies.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product adoption and revenue growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing product marketing campaigns and programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment, with remote work experience.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives.
- Experience creating sales enablement content and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
