Senior Product Operations Lead

Sierra is seeking a Product Operations/Business Operations lead to own planning cycles, roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives. You will design processes, build dashboards, and drive scalable frameworks to accelerate execution across Product, Eng, Design, Brand, Sales, and Ops.

You will partner with product, engineering and marketing leaders to implement OKRs, improve velocity, and scale our internationalization playbook.
