Senior Product Quality & Performance Manager

Amazon is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Quality Manager to lead the Worldwide Grocery Private Brands quality program across physical stores and online channels. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Category Managers, Food Safety, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and suppliers to uphold quality expectations.

You will monitor product performance, analyze trends, address customer complaints, and guide continuous improvement initiatives.
