Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex chemical analyses on production fluids, water, and process streams.
• Develop and optimize chemical treatment programs to prevent corrosion, scale, and emulsion issues.
• Troubleshoot operational problems related to process chemistry and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct performance monitoring and data analysis for chemical injection systems.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations regarding chemical handling and discharge.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to implement best practices in chemical management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a production chemistry role within the oil and gas industry or a related process industry.
• Strong knowledge of corrosion, scale inhibition, and water treatment chemistry.
• Experience with laboratory analysis techniques and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and chemical safety standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
