Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of production operations to meet output targets and deadlines.

- Supervise and mentor a team of production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions for sustained improvement.
- Collaborate with quality control and engineering departments to resolve production issues and implement best practices.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the timely procurement of raw materials and components for uninterrupted production flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a production engineering or similar manufacturing role.
- Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes , quality control systems, and health & safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with production management software and data analysis tools.
