Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of production processes and equipment to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

- Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations across the production floor.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production engineering or manufacturing role.
- Proven track record of implementing successful process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, automation, and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CAD software and production planning tools.
