Senior Production Manager — Growth & Lean Leader

VanRath seeks a strategic Production Manager in Limavady to lead a large manufacturing operation. You will own the end-to-end production function with responsibility for safety, quality, delivery and cost, reporting to the Operations Director and driving continuous improvement.

You will develop frontline leadership, plan capacity, and collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics and Projects to meet current and future demand.
