Senior Production Manager - High-Volume Manufacturing

Gi Group is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a high‑volume site, delivering excellence in safety, quality, people and performance. You will partner with HSE, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to drive safe, efficient operations and sustainable improvements.

You will manage multi‑shift production, allocate labour and equipment, monitor OEE and throughput, and coach supervisors and front-line teams.
