Senior Production Manager - Lean Ops & Safety Leader

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations at the Ashby site. You will drive operational performance, develop high-performing teams and champion a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage Supervisors, Team Leaders, Blenders and Operatives, ensuring on-time and within-budget production.
