Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet company targets and demand forecasts.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and production management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale production operations and achieving key performance indicators.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
