Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and production management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale production operations and achieving key performance indicators.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
