About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed production schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of technical crews, including stagehands, technicians, and designers.
• Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and venues to secure necessary resources and services.
• Oversee the technical aspects of productions, ensuring all equipment and staging meet safety and quality standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Production Manager or similar role in the Arts & Entertainment sector.
• Excellent understanding of production processes, technical theatre, event management, and project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
