About the Role

You will be responsible for leading a team of production supervisors and line workers, ensuring efficient output, maintaining high quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource allocation.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar senior manufacturing leadership role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with production planning and scheduling software.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
