Senior Production Operator – Timber & MDF Lines

Metsä Group is recruiting a Senior Operator for our production team in Boston. You will work on timber, sheeted and MDF products, operating high‑tech machinery and MHE while maintaining strict safety, quality, and process standards.

You will read CAD drawings, follow SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will contribute to safe operations, perform daily safety checks, and collaborate with shift leaders to meet performance metrics and minimize downtime through problem solving
