Senior Production Team Leader — PM Shift, Friday Off

Vibe Recruit is seeking a Senior Production Team Leader in Ammanford to oversee multiple production teams on a permanent PM shift. The role reports to the Shift Manager, supporting daily operations and driving improvements to meet targets and safety standards.

You will lead, coach and develop Production Team Leaders, act as escalation for issues, and coordinate resources to minimise downtime while maintaining quality and health & safety compliance.
