Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential funding sources, including trusts, foundations, and statutory bodies.
• Develop and write high-quality grant proposals and funding applications, ensuring alignment with programme needs.
• Manage relationships with funders, providing regular updates and ensuring compliance with grant agreements.
• Support programme teams in developing funding budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor grant expenditure and impact, preparing accurate financial and narrative reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in programme funding, grant writing, or fundraising, preferably within a charity setting.
• Demonstrated success in securing funding from a variety of sources.
• Excellent proposal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and grant management processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with programme teams and external stakeholders.
