Senior Programme Lead, Intermediate Care & Prevention

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Programme Lead for the BNSSG Intermediate Care and Prevention Programme, Band 8b. The role involves developing and delivering cross-system programmes with the Programme Director and partners across BNSSG to meet aims and transform intermediate care services.

You will lead complex change initiatives, work with diverse stakeholders in health, social care and VCSE sectors, and support delivery across multiple workstreams within a large NHS system.
