Senior Programme Manager – Workplace Refurbishment

London | 2-Year FTC | Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Package

Capstone PM team are working with a leading global consultancy to recruit a Senior Programme Manager to join its internal PMO team and oversee a programme of office refurbishment projects across the UK and Europe.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to project delivery, managing multiple schemes at different stages and working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Projects will typically be £5m+ and cover commercial office spaces of 20,000 sq ft+.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong commercial office refurbishment experience
• Experience delivering projects of £5m+
• A combination of hands-on project delivery and PMO experience
• Experience managing multiple projects at different stages
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of delivery
• Flexibility to travel across the UK and Europe when required

The role is based in London with a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office/site and two days from home. This is a 2-year fixed-term contract with the successful candidate required to start as soon as possible.
