Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, planning, and execution of strategic programmes that align with the company's long-term vision and operational goals.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement robust programme governance frameworks, stakeholder management strategies, and communication plans.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate programme-level risks and issues, ensuring business continuity and success.
- Drive operational efficiency improvements and champion best practices in programme and project management.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in a remote setting.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in programme management or strategic project leadership, with a proven focus on strategy and operations .
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, complex, cross-functional programmes in a remote or distributed work environment.
- Expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, operational improvement methodologies, and change management.
- Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency with advanced programme management tools and collaborative platforms for remote work.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PgMP, PMP) are highly desirable.
