About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Project Architect to manage and deliver complex projects from their Liverpool, Merseyside, UK office. This role demands strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively coordinate design teams, consultants, and contractors. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects meet high standards of design quality, budget, and schedule adherence. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of major architectural projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Manage project teams, providing guidance and oversight throughout all project phases.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, specifications, and contract documentation.
- Oversee construction execution, problem-solving site issues and ensuring quality control in Liverpool .
- Implement best practices in project management and architectural design standards.
Requirements
- A professional qualification in Architecture (ARB/RIBA or equivalent).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management and architectural design.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise in architectural software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and planning procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
