Senior Project Architect

About the Role

Our client has an immediate need for a highly experienced and self-motivated Senior Project Architect to lead key architectural projects from inception through to completion in their Belfast office. This role requires a blend of strong design leadership, technical expertise, and excellent client management skills. You will be responsible for overseeing project teams, ensuring design quality, managing client relationships, and navigating complex regulatory environments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Develop innovative and practical design solutions that meet client requirements and design briefs.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, fostering strong working relationships.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design intent.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering large-scale architectural projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software , including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Thorough understanding of UK building regulations and planning procedures.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
