Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for major projects, from initial concept development to final handover.
• Manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, effective delegation, and adherence to project goals.
• Develop and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee the technical detailing, specification writing, and coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, planning regulations, and quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and architectural staff.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with professional registration (e.g., RIBA, ARB).
• Significant experience (7+ years) in project leadership and architectural design and delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and UK building regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, vital for remote project management.
