About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Architect to lead and manage key projects from their Bristol office. This role demands a strong blend of design acumen, technical expertise, and project management capabilities. You will be responsible for guiding projects from inception through to completion, ensuring design quality, client satisfaction, and efficient delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project delivery, managing all stages from concept to completion.
• Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure designs meet all planning, regulatory, and client brief requirements.
• Prepare high-quality design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Oversee the technical detailing and construction phase support for projects.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Architect with substantial experience in project leadership.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex architectural projects from inception to handover.
• Proficiency in architectural design and BIM software, such as Revit .
• Strong understanding of UK planning law and building regulations.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid office environment.
