Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects using Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively in a virtual environment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring smooth progress and timely delivery.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote culture.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager , with a proven track record in delivering complex Agile projects.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and other relevant methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills , adapted for remote environments.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP-ACP, CSM, or similar are highly desirable.
