Senior Project Manager - Business Change

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in business change initiatives to join their team in Reading . This role will be instrumental in driving significant organisational changes, improving operational efficiency, and implementing new business processes. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from identifying change needs to successful implementation and adoption, working closely with various departments to ensure seamless transitions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of business change projects across the organisation.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and risks, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement robust change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between all stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and end-users.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement timely solutions to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years' experience in Project Management , with a strong focus on business change or transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex change initiatives, including process redesign, system implementation, and organisational restructuring.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Experience in budget management, risk assessment, and resource planning.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
