• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives, demonstrating return on investment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a specialization in business change, transformation, or organizational development.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience in stakeholder analysis and management.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Change Management, or a related field.
