Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management , with a strong focus on business change or transformation projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex change initiatives.
• Excellent understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience working in the Derby area is an advantage.
