About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design to final completion and handover.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial reporting accuracy.
• Lead and mentor site teams, including site managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations on all project sites.
• Manage relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies.
• Implement and monitor project schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
