Senior Project Manager - Construction

About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile construction initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation and planning through execution and closure.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 8 years managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies , project management software, and contract administration.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, adapted for remote collaboration.
