Senior Project Manager - Digital Transformation

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, from initial scoping and stakeholder alignment to successful deployment and post-implementation review.
• Develop robust project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between IT, business units, external vendors, and senior management.
• Oversee the implementation of new software, systems, and digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure that all digital transformation projects align with the company's overall business objectives and digital strategy.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager , specifically managing large-scale digital transformation or IT implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
• Experience with change management principles and stakeholder engagement in complex organisational structures.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in a hybrid capacity, with the ability to be present in the Cardiff office as required.
