Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration between business units, IT departments, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new digital processes and systems.
• Conduct regular project reviews, providing clear and concise status updates to executive leadership.
• Champion best practices in Agile and Waterfall methodologies , adapting approaches as required by project needs.

Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a strong emphasis on digital transformation and change management.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-faceted digital projects from initiation to completion.
• Proficiency in Agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other business transformation software implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
