Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects , ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, effectively mitigating risks and resolving issues.
- Facilitate collaboration between business units, IT departments, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new digital processes and systems.
- Conduct regular project reviews, providing clear and concise status updates to executive leadership.
- Champion best practices in Agile and Waterfall methodologies , adapting approaches as required by project needs.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a strong emphasis on digital transformation and change management.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-faceted digital projects from initiation to completion.
- Proficiency in Agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or other business transformation software implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
