Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on digital transformation and technology projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex digital initiatives , including software implementation, process automation, and data analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Scrum teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience with change management principles and driving user adoption of new technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Technology, or Project Management.
