About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead significant energy infrastructure projects based in Nottingham . This role requires a strategic leader adept at managing complex projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee all aspects of project execution, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and decisions effectively to senior management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; MSc or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with a significant focus on energy or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects with complex technical and logistical challenges.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
